Full body class using free weights, resistance and body weight . Expect to sweat, sculpt and smile. This class is designed to be different and push you out of your comfort zone.

This class combines strength training and cardiovascular exercise, providing both muscle-building and calorie-burning benefits. In a circuit training routine, you might alternate between exercises that focus on building muscle and exercises that burn calories.

Alternating between different exercises can help maintain motivation and mental engagement during the workout.
